Job Description

Senior Field Marketing Manager owning Northwest regional programs for Horizon3’s autonomous cybersecurity platform. Connecting events, ABM, digital campaigns, and SDR alignment to measurable pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the annual and quarterly field marketing plan for the Northwest region
  • Build integrated programs connecting field events with digital air cover, SDR sequences, and ABM account targeting
  • Define and enforce CPO thresholds and build marginal ROI models for regional spend
  • Own the regional field budget and make investment trade-offs
  • Plan and execute CISO dinners, executive roundtables, third-party conferences, hosted roadshows, and account-specific activations
  • Lead SDR alignment, including pre-event sequencing, on-site meeting coordination, and post-event follow-up SLAs
  • Coordinate with digital marketing, campaigns, and ABM teams around target accounts
  • Own executive-tier programming, including speaker coordination, venue selection, and curated invitations
  • Partner with channel field marketing on regional partner-led programs
  • Report on meetings booked, pipeline created, pipeline influenced, and stage progression tied to program spend
  • Run 30-day post-event reviews and apply learnings to future programs
  • Maintain Salesforce campaign tracking and attribution with marketing operations
  • Present regional performance to marketing and sales leadership
  • Serve as primary marketing partner to regional sales leaders, account executives, and SDR managers
  • Mentor Field Marketing Managers and Specialists; share repeatable playbooks across regions
  • Collaborate with brand, product marketing, digital, campaigns, ABM, and marketing operations teams

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of B2B field marketing experience, including ownership of a region or segment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and run a field program portfolio with measurable pipeline outcomes, CPO discipline, and executive-level reporting
  • Deep experience partnering with sales leadership and SDR management on pre- and post-program alignment, sequencing, and follow-up accountability
  • Strong financial fluency, including building CPO models, presenting ROI cases, and recommending investment trade-offs
  • Experience running ABM-aligned field programs tied to named account lists, including executive dinners and CISO roundtables
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline tracking, campaign attribution, and performance reporting
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Excellent written communication for executive-facing event briefs, invite copy, and post-event performance summaries
  • Track record of building repeatable field program frameworks
  • Experience in cybersecurity field marketing is an advantage
  • Existing relationships with the security community, venues, and partners in the region are an advantage
  • Background in financial services, healthcare, or SLED is an advantage
  • Must be based in the Northwest US
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
