Job Description

Senior ABM manager driving account-based marketing and integrated campaigns for Horizon3’s autonomous cybersecurity platform. Orchestrating webinars, multi-channel programs, and Sales alignment to accelerate pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Own ABM strategy and execution across East Coast priority accounts and assigned target-account segments
  • Build one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many programs based on account tier, segment, intent signal, buying stage, and pipeline status
  • Define and prioritize target account lists with Sales and SDR leadership
  • Develop account-level plans including buying-group mapping, engagement-gap analysis, message personalization, channel sequencing, and next-best actions
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Manage end-to-end campaign project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Build multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, landing pages, social, partner channels, field programs, direct mail, gifting, and Sales outreach
  • Own webinars and virtual events across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, including scheduling, registration, promotion, live-day coordination, and follow-up
  • Manage speakers, moderators, partners, run-of-show documents, dry runs, and day-of support
  • Coordinate regional localization of webinar topics, timing, promotion, and follow-up
  • Design and execute coordinated ABM plays using advertising, intent data, gifting, field events, content, webinars, and SDR outreach
  • Partner with Field Marketing on CISO dinners, roundtables, enterprise experiences, executive events, and regional activations
  • Align with Sales and SDR leadership on account planning, campaign sessions, signals, next actions, and outreach sequences
  • Ensure campaigns, webinars, ABM plays, and events are built and tracked in project management tools, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms
  • Maintain campaign hierarchy, naming, UTM structure, campaign membership, segmentation, lifecycle tracking, and attribution
  • Build repeatable workflows for campaign intake, audience creation, QA, launch readiness, follow-up, and analysis
  • Monitor data quality and troubleshoot Salesforce, Pardot or Marketo, webinar, and ABM systems
  • Define and report KPIs including account engagement, buying-group coverage, registrations, attendance, meetings, pipeline, conversion, velocity, and ROI
  • Analyze performance, identify trends and gaps, and optimize messaging, channels, offers, sequencing, webinar formats, and account selection
  • Lead cross-functional programs, communicate plans and risks, influence without direct authority, and mentor peers

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on ABM, campaign management, demand generation, or integrated marketing programs in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record designing and executing ABM programs that generate measurable pipeline and accelerate deal velocity
  • Experience owning integrated campaigns or programs from strategy and planning through execution, follow-up, reporting, and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with project management systems such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Jira
  • Experience planning and executing webinars or virtual events across multiple regions and time zones
  • Experience with ABM and intent technology such as 6sense, Bombora, Influ2, or ZoomInfo
  • Experience with direct mail and gifting platforms such as Reachdesk
  • Strong command of Salesforce for campaign setup, campaign membership, account-level pipeline tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Familiarity with Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or another marketing automation platform
  • Ability to build buying-group maps, account engagement plans, tiered plays, campaign briefs, project plans, and measurement frameworks
  • Strong understanding of lead and account lifecycle management, segmentation, campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel measurement
  • Ability to manage multiple account plays, campaigns, webinars, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to operate independently and influence without direct authority
  • Comfort translating complex technical subject matter into account-relevant messaging for CISOs, security architects, IT, and SecOps practitioners
  • Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, cloud security, or highly technical B2B SaaS is an advantage
  • Experience coordinating global programs across AMER, EMEA, and APJ
  • Familiarity with Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar, or similar webinar platforms is an advantage
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager for account-targeted paid programs is an advantage
  • Experience supporting Federal or Public Sector ABM or campaign motions is an advantage
  • Experience creating ABM playbooks, campaign governance models, or repeatable operating processes is an advantage
  • Experience using AI tools or automation is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or advanced reporting techniques is an advantage
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
