Job Description
ABM Manager leading multichannel government and collections campaigns for TP, a global digital business services provider. Driving pipeline through personalized account targeting, events, and marketing technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute targeted, multichannel ABM campaigns driving pipeline growth and revenue for Government Services and Collections
- Manage 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, SDRs, and Marketing teams on account plans and go-to-market strategies
- Develop Government Services campaigns for Federal civilian, defense, and SLED buyers
- Translate procurement cycles, contract vehicles, budget timing, and partner motions into marketing strategies
- Develop Collections programs for organizations managing first-party or outsourced third-party collections
- Own integrated multichannel strategy end to end, including account selection, segmentation, persona messaging, digital demand generation, event marketing strategy, and budgets
- Manage paid media, programmatic/IP-targeted display, social selling, SEO/content syndication, email, webinars, and account-specific content
- Own strategy and execution for government events, tradeshows, and executive roundtables
- Conduct pre-event account targeting, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up with Sales and SDRs
- Use Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Marketo to track engagement, optimize campaigns, and report performance
- Create account-specific materials, including videos and personalized templates
- Train field teams on ABM tactics and follow-up strategies
- Report to the Director of Integrated ABM Marketing
Requirements:
- 7+ years in B2B marketing for BPO, professional services, IT services, or SaaS
- 3+ years in ABM roles marketing to Federal and/or SLED buyers
- Fluency with Federal and SLED buyer personas, including program and mission owners, contracting officers, and agency executives
- Knowledge of public sector budget cycles, contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, GSA schedules, cooperative purchasing), and partner/reseller motions
- Expertise in Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
- Experience owning end-to-end integrated marketing strategy, including account selection, persona messaging and content, channel plan, budget, execution, and pipeline attribution
- Hands-on digital marketing expertise in paid media, programmatic/account-based advertising, email, webinars, and content syndication
- Proven event marketing ownership, including tradeshow strategy, booth experience, executive roundtables, and post-event pipeline conversion
- Ability to deliver high-ROI campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Must be located within the US or Canada
- Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship
- Ability to travel approximately 15–20%
