Job Description
Senior Field Service Consultant providing remote support for clients’ field service operations and continuous improvement. Involves training, process mapping, and technical solution configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a functional consultant for Field Service solutions.
- Map processes, identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Configure, parameterize, and test features.
- Support operations and support teams in incident resolution.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops with key users.
- Produce and update functional documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous solution improvement.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Senior Field Service Consultant.
- Experience in implementation, support, or enhancement of Field Service solutions.
- Knowledge of field service operations (work orders, scheduling, SLAs, routing, etc.).
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Experience providing remote support to corporate clients.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and a consultative profile.
- Fluent in Portuguese and available to work under a CLT employment contract.
- Previous experience with leading Field Service platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, TOTVS, ServiceNow).
- Experience in digital transformation projects or customer journey improvement.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Certifications related to Field Service or service management.
