Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at BJAK responsible for strategic recruitment in Engineering and Data Science across Asia. Focused on sourcing, consulting, and improving candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for highly complex and specialized technical roles
  • Develop and execute aggressive, data-driven sourcing strategies
  • Deeply consult with Engineering Directors and VPs to define requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in the technical interviewing process
  • Champion a world-class candidate experience
  • Analyze and report on technical recruiting metrics

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • At least 3 years specifically dedicated to hiring specialized technical talent in a high-growth environment
  • Proven expertise in sophisticated direct sourcing methods
  • Deep foundational knowledge of the modern software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Demonstrable experience managing global or multi-regional technical requisitions
  • Exceptional ability to act as a strategic consultant to senior technical leaders
  • Fluency in using and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for global reporting
