Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at BJAK responsible for strategic recruitment in Engineering and Data Science across Asia. Focused on sourcing, consulting, and improving candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for highly complex and specialized technical roles
- Develop and execute aggressive, data-driven sourcing strategies
- Deeply consult with Engineering Directors and VPs to define requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in the technical interviewing process
- Champion a world-class candidate experience
- Analyze and report on technical recruiting metrics
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least 3 years specifically dedicated to hiring specialized technical talent in a high-growth environment
- Proven expertise in sophisticated direct sourcing methods
- Deep foundational knowledge of the modern software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrable experience managing global or multi-regional technical requisitions
- Exceptional ability to act as a strategic consultant to senior technical leaders
- Fluency in using and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for global reporting
