Job Description

Senior HR Associate supporting HR, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle operations for G-P's global employment platform. Managing EMEA-facing processes, records, vendors, and customer queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding
  • Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment documents, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications
  • Organize and maintain employee records in the proprietary platform
  • Administer benefits and collaborate with brokers and insurers
  • Provide payroll data, including time and expense details, to the payroll team and local payroll provider
  • Audit data changes to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Participate in continuous HR process improvement and maintain SOPs and policies
  • Communicate with professionals and customers to explain and resolve queries
  • Follow established SLAs and SOPs to ensure service excellence
  • Liaise with partners and vendors, including insurance, local service, payroll, and pension providers
  • Serve as the first point of contact during onboarding and offboarding

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable)
  • Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Experience working within Shared Services
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region
  • Experience with countries including Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, or Finland is advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Literacy with MS Office
  • Proactive test-and-learn mindset and ability to quickly master and deploy new AI features and platforms
  • AI literacy and ability to integrate generative AI tools such as Gemini and Notebook LM into daily workflows
  • Resourceful problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in an international, multicultural team
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones
  • Knowledge and experience handling offboardings is an added advantage
