Job Description

Senior inside sales advisor re-engaging families and converting senior-care inquiries into move-ins. Guiding caregivers to vetted providers through A Place for Mom’s platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with A Place for Mom and guide them toward a move-in decision
  • Execute high-volume outreach by phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families
  • Move families from tour to decision, including scheduling additional tours and providing new referrals
  • Apply a structured follow-up cadence to maintain engagement and prevent pipeline stagnation
  • Build trust, understand family needs, and guide them to best-fit care options
  • Partner with senior living communities and care providers to coordinate tours, share feedback, and support move-in conversion
  • Maintain accurate, real-time CRM documentation of pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion expectations
  • Participate in coaching, call reviews, and training
  • Work with families searching for senior care through A Place for Mom’s platform and provider network

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask (phone + CRM documentation simultaneously)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability
  • High daily activity and consistent follow-up execution
  • Strong pipeline management and organization
  • Ability to convert engaged families into move-ins
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Responsiveness to coaching and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Strongly preferred Senior Living Community Sales Experience
  • High-speed, hardwired internet connection required
  • Required dedicated home office space
  • Ability to work one evening and one weekend day each week
  • Authorization to work in the US
