Job Description

Senior Manager overseeing Business Unit health, client success, and cross-functional operations at SPD Technology. Driving data-informed initiatives for custom technology solutions and client growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an integrated view of Business Unit health across operational, client, people, financial, and delivery signals
  • Coordinate with Delivery and Engineering leadership, Client stakeholders, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Operations
  • Own and continuously develop the Business Unit performance management framework
  • Consolidate financial, delivery, people, hiring, quality, client, and operational indicators
  • Investigate causes, trends, and business implications and translate findings into recommendations and corrective actions
  • Own the Business Unit Client Success and client health framework
  • Measure client sentiment through NPS, qualitative and quantitative signals, stakeholder conversations, and interviews
  • Triangulate client feedback with Delivery, Engineering, People, and operational data
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives such as operating-model changes, AI adoption, capability transitions, and risk mitigation
  • Maintain operational governance across budgeting, forecasting, compensation/rate exceptions, hiring priorities, People Operations, and reporting data accuracy
  • Provide Business Unit leadership with an independent perspective on client and business health
  • Escalate material risks, key decisions, and operational roadblocks to leadership
  • Report directly to the Business Unit Managing Director / VP Delivery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Client Success, Strategic Program Management, Delivery Operations, or a similar cross-functional role within IT or professional services
  • Experience working across Delivery, Engineering, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Operations
  • Experience with client health and success practices, including NPS/CSAT, client sentiment, or structured client health reviews
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and invoicing oversight
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to consolidate financial, delivery, people, client, and operational data
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into actionable initiatives and drive execution across stakeholders
  • Strong risk identification and problem-solving skills
  • Experience providing operational governance through functional teams
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
  • Strong business judgment and data-informed perspective
  • Strong communication and synthesis skills
  • Proactive and curious mindset with ownership and follow-through
  • Practical experience using AI tools, automation, or similar technologies
  • Higher education degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Fluent / Advanced English and Ukrainian communication skills
