Job Description
Senior Manager supporting Commercial Operations for MONARCH at Johnson & Johnson. Leading initiatives for sales reporting, forecasting, and analytics within MedTech.
Responsibilities:
- Support the current install base and ensure operational readiness and execution of global business results
- Lead key initiatives that provide stronger forecasting, analytics, performance reporting
- Ensure pipeline visibility, demand planning accuracy, and operational consistency
- Drive sales reporting processes that produce accurate and consistent results
- Enhance current and implement future enabling resources and technologies
- Serve as the MONARCH Platform’s Project Butterfly and Project Transend business lead
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders and sales leaders
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8+ years of relevant business experience with an emphasis on commercial operations
- Strategic thinker who is also highly operational and execution-driven
- Experience with launching and selling medical technologies
- Strong understanding of MedTech business processes, sales models, functional alignment, and customer dynamics
- Experience in developing and utilizing metrics, forecasts, and KPI’s to generate insights
- Competence with Customer Relationship Management and analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Project/Portfolio Management systems and tools is an asset
- Ability to influence and partner cross functionally, with good communication skills and a change leader mindset
