Job Description

Senior Manager, Growth Marketing at Begin, leading full-funnel acquisition strategy and scaling subscriber growth. Collaborating with teams across web and mobile ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale Begin’s full-funnel acquisition and growth strategy across web and mobile ecosystems.
  • Lead the performance marketing engine responsible for driving efficient subscriber growth for product lines.
  • Oversee acquisition strategy, experimentation, media investment, attribution, forecasting, and funnel optimization across major paid channels.
  • Shape how to acquire customers and build a scalable growth system.
  • Design and operationalize sophisticated experimentation frameworks across creative strategy and audience segmentation.
  • Establish scalable testing infrastructure and best practices across growth channels.

Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition across web and mobile.
  • Significant experience in consumer subscription businesses, ideally trial-driven models.
  • Proven track record scaling acquisition programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and additional growth channels.
  • Strong expertise in: Subscription economics, LTV modeling, Funnel optimization, Attribution and incrementality, Growth experimentation.
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar media budgets with accountability to CAC, ROAS, payback, and contribution margin targets.
  • Deep analytical fluency across GA4, Looker, AppsFlyer, Excel/Sheets, and related growth tooling.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Creative teams.
  • Prior people management experience strongly preferred.
