Job Description
Growth Specialist building AI-powered GTM playbooks for SmithRx, a health-tech PBM platform. Designing campaigns, automation frameworks, and strategic partnerships to drive enterprise growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and iterate foundational go-to-market playbooks for the enterprise motion
- Develop firsthand feedback from sales-prospect interactions to optimize targeting, segmentation, and messaging
- Act as a primary stakeholder in strategy sessions with sales and growth marketing teams
- Travel to collaborate with team members and attend events to speak with prospects
- Analyze qualitative market data to identify opportunities in the PBM space
- Design strategic campaigns to capture market share
- Launch and refine foundational AI growth programs
- Test, deliver, and document AI lead outbound strategy playbooks
- Establish engagement frameworks for consultant and broker relationships
- Present data-driven and qualitative recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales or growth marketing
- Enterprise healthcare or employer benefits experience is a plus
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in evaluating and leveraging complex Sales, CRM, and AI automation tools
- Builder’s mindset and systems-level thinking
- Ownership mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable presenting strategy to HR/Benefits leaders, CFOs, and outside consultants
