Job Description
CVS Health Medicaid product leader managing Salesforce-based benefits platforms. Driving product development, analytics, vendor performance, and health-plan initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Medicaid Value-Added Benefits Team with benefit design, build, and management within the Salesforce-Based Health Innovation Platform
- Lead and manage planning, coordination, development, reporting, and implementation of new and existing Value-Added Benefits
- Liaise between IT and the business segment to document business requirements
- Ensure scope of work meets business objectives and deliverables and due dates are met
- Manage intake, review, and execution of product improvement and development initiatives
- Maintain and refine the product backlog in partnership with DDAT
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Translate customer, colleague, and business needs into feature initiatives tracking enterprise ROI
- Develop, track, and manage financial and performance indicators
- Build and maintain the product portfolio catalog, performance data, dashboards, and reports
- Lead data analysts delivering automated vendor information exchange solutions
- Track and trend issue management involving the HIP platform and vendors
- Direct development and implementation of new product initiatives and enhancements
- Oversee vendor relationship management, performance and risk issues, contract management, and vendor activities
- Lead vendor performance reviews and ensure action plans are created and implemented
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of healthcare or health insurance industry experience
- 2 years or more of Product Development, Product Management or Operations experience
- Experience leading change management
- Experience leading cross-functional project management initiatives
- Vendor management experience
- Experience with execution and delivery, including planning, deploying, and supporting
- Demonstrated understanding of technology and applying it to solve business problems and provide technical solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
