Job Description
Senior Manager in Medical Review Operations at argenx responsible for operational excellence and inter-team coordination. Focused on improving workflows and maintaining community resources.
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence and strengthen community coordination across Medical Affairs
- Ensure efficient communication and processes within Medical Review Operations
- Maintain and improve Medical Review workflows and community resources
- Monitor timelines and operational KPIs, implementing necessary process improvements
- Support onboarding and training across the Medical Review Community
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, business, or operational discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs operations, promotional/medical review operations, or a related regulated environment
- Strong proficiency with Veeva Vault (PromoMats and MedComms) and Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot)
- Demonstrated experience managing complex workflows and coordinating cross-functional processes in a matrixed organization
- Experience supporting or implementing operational systems, process improvements, and/or digital workflow solutions
