Job Description
RTX aerospace and defense company seeking SAP PLM integrations leader for S/4HANA transformation. Driving PLMSI requirements, configuration, interfaces, testing, and enterprise deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of Digital Technology deliverables across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cutover Deployment, and Hypercare phases for PLM-SAP interfaces
- Collaborate with business members and consultants to understand requirements and guide PLM integration with S4 HANA using SAP PLMSI
- Design and implement SAP PLMSI solutions supporting Plan to Sustain processes
- Facilitate end-to-end process mapping between multiple PLM systems and S4 HANA
- Lead requirements gathering, data mappings, configuration, build, and testing of SAP PLMSI and other integration technologies
- Create and maintain configuration design documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, and test plans
- Assist data and process teams with data mapping and testing
- Partner with solution architects to define APIs, IDocs, events, triggers, and reliable auditable data flows
- Plan and execute unit, integration, user acceptance, and pilot testing
- Ensure future success across functional areas of Plan to Sustain
- Support blueprint design, gap evaluation, scope decisions, system configuration, development, defect resolution, migration, go-live, and hypercare
- Collaborate with external resources, internal RTX team members, business leaders, testers, and cross-functional teams
- Travel up to 25% or as needed
Requirements:
- Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integrations and other supply chain platforms
- Working knowledge of Product Master Data Management, including Material Masters, Bill of Materials, Change Masters, and Document Information Records (DIRs)
- Hands-on experience interfacing SAP systems, including system configuration, data management, IDocs, and/or APIs
- Experience with large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects or similarly regulated large organizations preferred
- Experience with agile frameworks and iterative software development and implementation approaches preferred
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to travel up to 25% or as needed
