Job Description

Senior Media Buyer leading and optimizing paid media campaigns for a remote digital marketing agency. Focusing on Google Ads and multi-client management for diverse businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns primarily in Google Ads, with Meta Ads as a plus
  • Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across diverse client types (local businesses, lead generation, eCommerce, and service-based brands)
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize based on performance goals
  • Build and execute performance-driven media buying strategies aligned with KPIs
  • Set up Google Tag Manager containers, conversion tracking, and custom events configuration in Google Analytics
  • Ensure accurate attribution and tracking across funnels and campaigns
  • Conduct strategic assessments of landing pages and provide recommendations for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Run A/B tests and ongoing optimizations to improve CPL, CPA, and ROAS
  • Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights
  • Participate in client-facing communication and join calls with agency partners as needed to discuss strategy, budgets, and campaign performance
  • Work closely day-to-day with a Senior Account Manager to align on priorities and client strategy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of media buying experience in an agency environment
  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong experience managing multiple clients and budgets at the same time
  • Solid knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Experience with conversion tracking, custom events, and attribution setup
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO best practices
  • Experience with campaigns across diverse client types (local businesses, lead generation, eCommerce, and service-based brands)
  • Comfortable with light client-facing responsibilities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
