Job Description

Senior Media Buyer responsible for managing and scaling high-budget paid acquisition campaigns across digital platforms. Thrives in a performance-driven, remote-first environment managing budgets exceeding $100K.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent), Bing/Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Criteo, and other traffic sources.
  • Manage and scale monthly budgets starting from $100K, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor and improve core performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels.
  • Identify and validate new traffic sources and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to drive scaling decisions.
  • Maintain full ownership of campaign performance and budget allocation.
  • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing large paid media budgets
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent)
  • Demonstrated success scaling campaigns while maintaining or improving CPA and ROAS
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of performance metrics and attribution
  • High level of ownership, self-management, and accountability
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
