Job Description

Senior Paid Media Specialist managing digital advertising for high-performing campaigns remotely. Collaborating on strategy and optimising performance across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Paid Media Specialist will work alongside an existing senior operator to support the execution, optimisation, and technical infrastructure of high-performing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Optimise campaigns based on performance data, ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics.
  • Take ownership of campaign delivery, attribution accuracy, and performance reporting.
  • Implement advanced tracking frameworks across websites and sales funnels.
  • Configure and maintain Google Tag Manager containers and event tracking structures.
  • Manage Google Analytics tracking architecture and attribution setup.
  • Utilise click tracking and Google Marketing Suite tools to ensure accurate measurement.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Google Looker Studio.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, pixel, and attribution discrepancies.
  • Support landing page tracking alignment and funnel measurement optimisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and structured testing.
  • Maintain clear documentation of tracking, reporting, and optimisation frameworks.
  • Other position-level duties as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6–8 years’ experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns at scale.
  • Strong expertise in paid media optimisation, ROAS modelling, and conversion attribution.
  • Advanced technical capability in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience implementing conversion tracking and event tracking frameworks.
  • Experience using Google Marketing Suite tools and performance reporting platforms.
  • High proficiency in building reporting dashboards in Google Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capability.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and optimisation cycles.
  • Clear and confident communication skills when presenting performance insights.
  • Exposure to CRM integrations, CRO testing, programmatic advertising, or basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous
