Job Description
Senior People Business Partner strengthening go-to-market organizations at Teleport, an AI infrastructure identity company. Leading organizational design, succession, leadership development, and manager coaching.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose the health of supported organizations and identify future needs
- Measure program and process effectiveness and adjust based on data
- Coach managers and senior leaders through growth, change, and complex organizational challenges
- Lead organizational design, team structure, and succession planning with business leaders
- Design leadership development programs and offsites to improve manager capability
- Partner with the HR team to align organizational-effectiveness work with global employee lifecycle support
- Use modern tools, including AI such as Claude, to diagnose organizational health and improve manager effectiveness
Requirements:
- 12+ years partnering with senior leaders as a People or HR Business Partner or in organizational development, or 8+ years with an advanced degree in a related field
- Deep experience partnering with go-to-market organizations such as Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Finance and Business Operations
- Fluency with pipeline and quota-carrying dynamics
- Track record of developing senior-level leaders and above
- Experience coaching managers to improve their effectiveness
- Strength in org design, succession, change management, and measuring program effectiveness
- Ability to influence senior leaders and offer a candid point of view without formal authority
- Sound judgment regarding when to act, when to involve HR, and how to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work primarily from aggregate team-health data
