Job Description
Senior Product Manager driving product initiatives and marketing strategies at high-growth company. Focusing on user experience and data-driven practices to enhance growth and travel connectivity.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end product initiatives that bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
- Lead product discovery by synthesising data, user insights, and experimentation to make high-stakes roadmap decisions.
- Optimize cross-channel journeys, ensuring seamless transitions between web acquisition and mobile app retention.
- Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver scalable solutions.
- Own growth KPIs, tracking and analyzing performance to ensure every feature delivers measurable business impact.
- Master technical delivery, overseeing prioritization and trade-offs within agile teams to maintain high-quality output.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within high-growth, B2C technology environments.
- Deep Marketing & Growth fluency, with a proven track record of translating commercial needs into product strategy.
- Mobile-first expertise, including hands-on experience evolving iOS and Android app experiences.
- Data-driven mindset, proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, GA4) to inform complex decisions.
- Agile leadership skills, with the ability to operate autonomously and lead cross-functional delivery teams.
- Bonus Points: Expertise with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) like Adjust or AppsFlyer.
- Technical background in APIs, data flows, and software architecture.
