Job Description

Senior Program Manager at Sigma Defense responsible for leading Army training range instrumentation projects. Collaborating with government representatives and ensuring project deliverables and invoicing compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform as Deputy PM for the overall CEIS-II contract and Project Manager for the SRF Delivery Order under CEIS-II.
  • Liaises with government representatives for contractual requests, generating cost estimates and execution plans for the efforts.
  • Validate and approve all invoicing associated with the SRF DO and serves as back up approval for all CEIS-II invoicing and other contractual documentation.
  • Serve as primary interface and program lead for all efforts on Army T&E and Training Ranges on the CEIS-II and related contracts.
  • Provide Subject Matter expertise for T&E and Training Range Instrumentation as well as for spectrum impacts to these instrumentation systems.

Requirements:

  • 30+ years direct experience in the development, operation, and sustainment of Range instrumentation systems.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in Radar Systems.
  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Top Secret security clearance or higher.
