Job Description
Senior Project Delivery Manager delivering NVIDIA cloud-powered data-center infrastructure projects. Leading technical solutions, complex installations, and customer-facing project lifecycles.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators
- Understand high- and low-level technical architecture, facilitate debate, and drive decisions on appropriate solutions
- Ensure company requirements are produced to standard promptly
- Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers
- Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners
- Lead complex installations and report and advance observed problems to proper operational partner concern points
- Handle communication of project changes and release notices to customers
- Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely
- Handle projects through the project lifecycle from aspiration to production
Requirements:
- BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in project delivery management
- Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products
- In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers
- Leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams
- Communication and presentation/oral skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision
- Experience leading global projects
- Willingness to work irregular hours as required
- PMP Certification is a way to stand out
- Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure deployment is a way to stand out
- HPC clustering or data-center technologies experience is a way to stand out
