Job Description
Senior Project Manager overseeing implementation of construction projects for hospitals at ENFRA. Managing financials, relationships, and safety for delivering quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project
- Manage the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships
- Deliver a safe, quality outcome that meets or exceeds Company commitments
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning and safety reviews
- Manage the Project Budget and execute management of the Contract delivery type
- Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts
- Ensure accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership
- Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client
Requirements:
- 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience
- 8+ years of experience
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
- Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary
