Job Description
Senior Project Manager overseeing the implementation of commercial construction projects. Requires travel to project sites in California while managing budgets, safety, and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project
- Manage project budget and understand management of contract delivery type
- Ensure safety and quality outcomes
- Build and maintain strong customer relations
Requirements:
- 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience
- 8+ years of experience
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates leadership skills and willingness to address challenges
- Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary
