Job Description

Senior Project Manager coordinating Lyra Health’s evidence-based mental health marketing initiatives. Leading Brand, Design, Content, and cross-functional partners from project brief through launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage timelines, sprint plans, and creative delivery schedules using Asana
  • Run sprint planning and track priorities, capacity, and deadlines
  • Establish project expectations with stakeholders and drive communications throughout project development
  • Outline interdependencies and clarify requirements
  • Track projects from briefing through production to final delivery, meeting deadlines and adjusting workflow as needed
  • Detect potential problems early and facilitate negotiations on scope, timeline, and resourcing
  • Create organized structures for reviews and approvals
  • Align agencies and contractors with internal stakeholders
  • Manage agency relationships through briefings, project and financial updates, and creative reviews
  • Manage multiple content libraries and keep content current
  • Serve as team brand steward and help employees understand and use brand guidelines
  • Lead planning and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across Brand, Design, Content, and cross-functional marketing partners

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in project management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of aligning stakeholders across different teams and functions
  • Expertise in creative operations and managing work from brief to final delivery
  • Exceptional proficiency in Asana, including running sprint plans
  • Experience aligning agencies and contractors with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to identify risks early and facilitate negotiations to keep projects on time and within scope
  • Decisive and adaptable to changing priorities
