Job Description
Analista de QA Sr garantindo a qualidade de plataformas de autosserviço, URA e WhatsApp. Automatizando testes, validando APIs e dados SQL em ciclo ágil.
Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and execute functional, non-functional, security, performance, regression, usability, and end-to-end multichannel tests
- Develop, implement, and maintain test automation scripts
- Analyze and report automated test results
- Perform SQL queries to validate data after system transactions and workflows
- Participate in Scrum/Kanban agile ceremonies and act as a quality advocate from the feature conception stage
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track the resolution of bugs and deviations
- Communicate quality status, risks, and issues to developers, managers, and Product Owners (POs)
- Conduct testing across self-service, IVR, and WhatsApp chatbot workflows, ensuring a positive user experience and proper integration
Requirements:
- Strong command of different testing types, including functional, non-functional, regression, security, performance, usability, and end-to-end multichannel testing
- Strong ability to create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts
- Knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium
- Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban
- Proven experience in software testing and agile methodologies
- Experience testing self-service channels such as IVR and WhatsApp/chatbots
- Experience with REST/SOAP API testing
- Ability to write SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and TestLink
