Job Description
Senior Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment across enterprise functions in a healthcare organization. Collaborating with C-level executives to execute staffing strategies and manage compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles across multiple enterprise functions, including IT, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Legal.
- Partner closely with Business Leaders including C-level executives to support the planning and execution of non-clinical talent acquisition delivery.
- Execute staffing strategies; source and recruit professional level and executive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process; adhere to all relevant tracking and compliance requirements.
- Lead and execute special projects to support long-term talent strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of related staffing or talent acquisition experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
- Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred.
- Experience and subject matter knowledge of the relationship between workforce planning and forecasting job needs, preferred.
- Experience managing projects relating to Talent Acquisition process improvement, preferred.
