Job Description
Senior Recruiter at Tremendous building an exceptional team. Managing full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles within a high-documentation, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles
- Use your understanding of the talent landscape to source high-caliber candidates
- Conduct initial screens and coordinate interview processes
- Partner with leaders to refine requirements and calibrate on ideal candidate profiles
- Make strategic recommendations on talent acquisition
- Understand funnel dynamics and manage sourcing volume to keep pipelines healthy
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at growth stage startups
- Deep tech industry knowledge, especially early-stage environments
- Experience maintaining quality while moving quickly in demanding environments
- Strong written communication skills (essential for our high-documentation culture)
- Proven ability to identify what makes candidates successful beyond just paper qualifications
- Proficiency with recruiting software and tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
