Job Description
Senior Recruiter managing complex global recruitment initiatives at TekniPlex. Leading end-to-end recruitment strategies for senior-level and specialized roles across regions.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and specialized roles.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical roles across regions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, providing market insights and consultative guidance.
- Lead global initiatives such as internship programs, diversity hiring strategies, and employer branding campaigns.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Ensure adherence to global labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including global exposure.
- Proven success recruiting for senior-level and hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
