Job Description

Senior Recruitment Specialist managing all recruitment processes for Safeguard Global's Romanian temporary employment agency. Collaborating with sales, understanding client needs, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for all recruitment processes of our temporary employment agency in Romania.
  • In coordination with our Sales team, fully understand the needs of our customers for all temporary positions to hire.
  • Manage the search of candidates for all temporary positions; screening and assessing talent, preparing a shortlist for our customers
  • Act as a link between the best candidates and our customers, ensure that we are delivering an excellent service and experience for all parties
  • Strong understanding of the Romanian Labor Market regulation and processes
  • Maintain client and employee contracts and other records
  • Administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong experience within the recruitment sector, acquired in small temporary employment agencies (ETT)
  • Experienced and confident Recruiter from screening and assessing talent, to client management
  • Native Romanian speaker, English Intermediate level (written and spoken)
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and pivot to changing priorities
  • Service-driven with the ambition to excel
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers, partners and colleagues
  • Experience with recruiting tools; ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job sites, advertising channels
  • Good organizational skills.
