Job Description

Regional Senior HR Leader supporting HR operations and management across multiple manufacturing sites in Ireland. Leading teams, managing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads, guides, and directs multiple HR Managers within a region or sub-region
  • Establishes and maintains the regional framework for HR operations in alignment with business objectives
  • Partners with leaders to surface and resolve sensitive and/or complex HR issues within the region
  • Monitors collective bargaining, grievance and disciplinary activity across the region
  • Creates a culture of continuous improvement and champions the HR brand
  • Collaborates with external parties to support investigation/employment litigation activities within the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years managing others
  • Human Resources Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Web-based ATS and integrated HRIS applications; Workday experience preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws.
