Job Description
Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Clever focusing on scalable revenue growth and retention strategies. Collaborating with GTM leadership to optimize operations and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Mature Clever’s GTM operational strategy, ensuring our revenue growth and retention motions are scalable and aligned with global expansion goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing, and Success) and partner closely with Business Analytics, Revenue Systems, and Enablement teams.
- Success is measured by the successful execution of the GTM roadmap, the accuracy of revenue forecasts, and the increased productivity of our revenue teams through optimized processes.
- Administer and optimize our GTM tech stack to automate workflows and improve pipeline efficiency.
- Map and document cross-functional processes and playbooks to enhance team onboarding and alignment.
- Own and analyze marketing, sales, and retention metrics to drive monthly executive reviews and high-level decision-making.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Success Operations.
- Required experience in Salesforce administration.
- Proven ability to create complex models for territory management, quota setting, and forecasting, while managing planning cycles.
- Experience rolling out new systems and workflows to large teams, balancing stakeholder input with operational rigor.
- Ability to distill market and customer data into actionable revenue growth levers.
- Exceptional ability to juggle multiple workstreams and priorities with fast iteration and self-direction.
