Job Description

Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Outseer leading revenue growth initiatives for Salesforce and Marketing technologies. Driving strategic alignment and optimization for global sales, marketing, and customer teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives to align Outseer’s tech stack and processes across sales and marketing.
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable enterprise solutions that support global revenue teams.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable plans and drive execution from planning through launch.
  • Define and manage business requirements for new and existing processes across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Partnerships.
  • Serve as a Salesforce administrator, including campaign configuration, data modeling, lead flow management, and lead scoring strategies.
  • Own system enhancements such as custom fields, page layouts, record types, and automation.
  • Build and maintain dashboard frameworks that deliver weekly reporting and actionable business insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to streamline operational workflows and align reporting with business cadence.
  • Own go-to-market (GTM) enablement for system and process changes through self-service resources and live (virtual or in-person) training.
  • Create clear documentation, training materials, and ROI-driven business cases to support change management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • 4+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven success delivering Salesforce.com initiatives, including configuration, integration, and optimization.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce administration, reporting, and automation.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks that support scalable business processes.
  • Strong understanding of lead management strategies, marketing campaign workflows, and CRM best practices.
  • Familiarity with modern MarTech platforms such as HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support.
