Job Description

Senior Sales Consultant driving eCommerce sales and handling high-ticket offers for BM Digital. Delivering results through a consultative approach and maintaining a fully booked calendar of sales calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Run a fully booked calendar of sales calls with warm, qualified leads
  • Deliver a consultative, high-ticket sales process that closes consistently
  • Handle objections with precision, urgency, and confidence
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and improve close rates
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and consistently hit revenue targets

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven success closing $10K+ ticket offers (consulting, coaching, marketing, SaaS, or similar)
  • Track record of $1M+ in cash collected and 25%+ close rates
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • High emotional intelligence and confidence in objection handling
  • Ability to work EST hours with consistency and reliability
  • Driven by commissions, performance, and mastery
