Job Description

Senior Sales Executive expanding Provenir’s AI-powered decisioning platform across Nordic financial services. Driving enterprise revenue, partnerships, and complex multi-year contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new enterprise revenue through multi-year, high-value contracts
  • Expand and deepen strategic relationships in the Nordics
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities using a hunter mentality
  • Refine the go-to-market strategy for the Nordics across direct and partner channels
  • Execute the sales process from lead generation and qualification through contract negotiation and closing
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships through outreach and follow-up
  • Build a partner network using trade associations, data partners, and other channels
  • Participate in events to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Use the CRM to track sales activities, update data, and process competitive information
  • Generate rapport and brand awareness with inbound leads through contact additions, emails, and strategic calling
  • Conduct account research and engage interested companies
  • Arrange product demonstrations and conduct discovery calls
  • Prepare proposals, coordinate statements of work, and create sales presentations
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on enterprise upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Report weekly sales forecasts and performance metrics
  • Engage senior decision-makers to drive growth within target accounts
  • Manage procurement and contractual processes
  • Execute consultative sales processes aligning client needs with solutions

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Proven track record of selling into financial services, ideally within credit risk, fraud, decisioning, analytics, AI/ML, or related domains in the Nordics market
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, technical solutions into large, regulated organizations with fragmented or hybrid technology environments
  • Proven experience closing multi-year enterprise contracts
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
  • Experience navigating and influencing complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with senior and executive-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with structured enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar)
  • Comfortable managing a small number of strategic opportunities with long decision cycles
  • Strong communication, listening, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable in a performance-driven sales environment
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional, global environments
  • Experience selling cloud-based and enterprise-grade technology solutions
  • Ability to consult and sell effectively across diverse, multi-cultural financial institutions
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Must be based in Sweden, ideally Stockholm
