Job Description
Full-stack Product Engineer building Vue3, Nest.js, and MongoDB products for Verwaltungscloud.SH. Digitizing Germany’s public administration through modern cloud applications and specialized processes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver features end to end for products built with Vue 3, Nest.js, and MongoDB
- Independently design and implement product components in close collaboration with customers from public administration
- Create requirements profiles to inform architecture and data model design
- Develop MVPs and prototypes for customer presentations
- Establish, document, and monitor compliance with standards for the growing codebase
- Assume technical responsibility for a specific area of the product portfolio
- Actively contribute ideas to the product’s ongoing development
- Develop modern cloud-based software applications and specialized administrative processes to digitize public administration
Requirements:
- Product-minded full-stack engineer capable of delivering features end to end
- Willingness to take genuine responsibility for work outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Excellent knowledge of Vue 3
- Experience with MongoDB and Nest.js
- Several years of experience in software development
- Strong intrinsic motivation to contribute to the digitization of public administration
- Relevant degree or vocational qualification with a strong academic or professional record, or several years of work experience
- Career changers are welcome, provided they can demonstrate strong intrinsic motivation and several years of experience as software developers
- Knowledge of Figma, software testing, software architecture, GitHub Actions, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, or public administration processes is a plus
- Permanent, full-time position; applications from freelancers or agencies will not be considered
