Job Description

Senior Technical Service Engineer leading customer support and developing product extensions at Rogers Corporation. Creating customer networks and offering effective technical solutions in engineering environments.

Responsibilities:

  • leads by example in delivering industry’s best customer support experience
  • develops deep expertise in target customer applications
  • works side by side with sales and utilizes strong technical acumen and interpersonal skills to technically sell the product
  • creates and maintains relevant customer and industry networks
  • provides ongoing technical support and custom testing to existing customers
  • creates technical documents and provides training to fabricators, OEMs and sales engineers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • 6+ years of experience in research and development, new product development or application development
  • Demonstrated success in selling technical solutions
