Job Description
Senior Technical Service Engineer leading customer support and developing product extensions at Rogers Corporation. Creating customer networks and offering effective technical solutions in engineering environments.
Responsibilities:
- leads by example in delivering industry’s best customer support experience
- develops deep expertise in target customer applications
- works side by side with sales and utilizes strong technical acumen and interpersonal skills to technically sell the product
- creates and maintains relevant customer and industry networks
- provides ongoing technical support and custom testing to existing customers
- creates technical documents and provides training to fabricators, OEMs and sales engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- 6+ years of experience in research and development, new product development or application development
- Demonstrated success in selling technical solutions
