Job Description
Senior UA Manager overseeing Facebook user acquisition for dating portfolio. Focus on campaign management, scaling, and automation improvements across web funnels with a B2C approach.
Responsibilities:
- Own Facebook UA for web funnels across the core dating portfolio
- Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns
- Build and maintain account/BM structures and operational hygiene
- Run structured creative testing loop
- Drive automation improvements and document best practices
Requirements:
- Senior hands-on Facebook UA background (web/B2C)
- Proven experience in the USA + Tier-1
- Budget ownership at $100k+/month level
- Strong grasp of Facebook best practices
- Experience (or solid exposure) to automation and AI/creative iteration workflows
