Job Description
Senior Vice President leading perioperative implementation at Sullivan Healthcare Consulting. Driving sales and strategies for new markets while ensuring best-in-class project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and deliver best-in-class perioperative transformation service line.
- Identify and develop potential clients, achieving new and add-on sales revenue exceeding $3 million annually.
- Ensure best in class project implementation through effective leadership of project teams.
- Develop, maintain, and apply perioperative assessment and implementation project tools and work plans.
- Provide orientation and mentoring to new and existing consultants.
- Assist with corporate budgeting, marketing, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Represent the company as a speaker at national and international meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a health or business related field.
- Doctorate of nursing is preferred.
- Significant history of success in perioperative consulting sales and project direction.
- Minimum of 5 years as an active perioperative consultant.
- Expert at developing proposals, negotiating, structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations, and planning marketing strategies.
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to meet people where they are, assess their needs, and provide solid direction and support throughout the change process.
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team environment and motivate teams.
