Job Description

Senior commercial executive leading Loews Hotels & Co’s nationwide hotel sales, meetings, events, and catering strategy. Driving revenue growth, market share, customer loyalty, and high-performing commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute an enterprise-wide revenue strategy across group, transient, meetings & events, and catering
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer loyalty
  • Lead Property, Regional, and National Sales teams across all segments
  • Design and implement sales organization structures, processes, performance standards, and accountability frameworks
  • Lead Meetings & Events and Catering teams with accountability for revenue performance and execution
  • Drive integrated selling strategies across rooms, events, and catering
  • Improve conversion, event profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Build relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and high-value customers
  • Accelerate new business development and increase share of wallet from existing clients
  • Represent the company in customer engagements and industry forums
  • Direct the Loews Customer Advisory Board(s)
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, public relations, revenue strategy, distribution, customer engagement, commercial operations, property leadership, and operations teams
  • Support portfolio growth strategy, market expansion, and commercial readiness for new hotel openings and acquisitions
  • Oversee sales systems, tools, processes, pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting
  • Drive continuous improvement, including development of AI process flows and solutions
  • Build, lead, and retain high-performing sales, meetings & events, and catering teams
  • Establish performance metrics, development plans, and sales incentive structures
  • Work with administrative staff, maintain regular attendance, attend required meetings and training, and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or related commercial roles
  • Experience within a large, branded hospitality organization
  • Familiarity with sales and event systems, platforms and tools (e.g., Delphi)
  • Participation in relevant industry organizations (e.g., MPI, AHLA, HSMAI)
  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed based on business demand
