Job Description
AI leader shaping Crescent Hotels & Resorts’ hospitality AI roadmap. Translating business challenges into implemented, adopted, and measurable AI solutions across managed hotels.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute the AI roadmap for a designated portfolio of Crescent-managed hotels
- Identify AI opportunities with significant business impact across hotel operations
- Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Technology
- Assess whether solutions should be built, bought, configured, or integrated
- Lead initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption, measurement, and optimization
- Partner with technology teams on systems, integrations, data, security, and governance
- Translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions
- Ensure introduced solutions are adopted and used
- Measure business outcomes and ROI from AI investments
Requirements:
- Understanding of generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, data integration, and emerging AI platforms
- Ability to build business cases, evaluate technology and vendors, lead cross-functional implementation, drive organizational adoption, and measure ROI
- Ability to work with executives and operators to understand business problems and manual processes
- Experience driving AI or digital transformation in complex, multi-unit businesses
- Hospitality experience would be valuable but is not stated as required
