Job Description

SEO/SXO Manager optimizing customer websites for B2B and E-Commerce. Conducting audits, strategies, and collaborating with teams for Löwenstark's digital marketing success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct SEO/SXO audits and develop tailored strategies
  • Perform operational on-page optimization on client websites in the B2B and e-commerce sectors, as well as SEO monitoring and optimization using common SEO tools
  • Introduce and further develop Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • Provide direct client support or work closely with project managers
  • Create and present data-driven reports using Google Looker Studio
  • Maintain accurate time tracking and manage tickets in the client system
  • Collaborate closely with specialist departments such as editorial/content, UX/UI, design/graphics, video, web development, data, and project management
  • Proactively shape the SEO/SXO department and pursue continuous self-directed professional development in SEO

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in SEO and confident use of common tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GA4, Keyword Planner)
  • Technical understanding with strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and ideally experience with various Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Additional knowledge in UX, CRO and GEO is an advantage
  • Openness to new technologies, especially AI—ideally already integrated into daily work; regular further training on trends, technologies, and ranking factors
  • Communicative and open demeanour with a high degree of personal responsibility, strong team skills, and a proactive approach—both internally and externally
  • High quality awareness and a structured, independent working style
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
