Job Description
ServiceNow Consultant managing and enhancing the ServiceNow SPM platform. Collaborating with IT PMO and teams to optimize project governance and intake processes.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and enhance the ServiceNow SPM platform to support project governance, intake, and reporting.
- Partner closely with the IT PMO, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Oversee and enhance the ServiceNow SPM platform (intake forms, dashboards, time tracking, and reporting).
- Optimize project intake, demand management, and KPI tracking processes.
- Provide accurate portfolio data for strategic planning and execution of the SPM governance model.
- Collaborate with resource leaders, project managers, and business analysts for streamlined workflows.
- Deliver training and user support; maintain knowledge resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (preferred)
- At least 5 years' experience working with ServiceNow - SPM Modules ITSM Service Catalog
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Power BI, Smartsheet, Salesforce and ServiceNow integration techniques.
- ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals Certification is preferred.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and executive steering committees.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night or weekend hours as needed
