Job Description
ServiceNow IRM Developer specializing in AI and automation for global enterprises. Configuring and customizing ServiceNow solutions while working with integrated risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, and BCM modules
- Develop AI-assisted workflows using Flow Designer, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub
- Implement GenAI use cases such as risk summaries and policy mappings
- Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) through document ingestion
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC Development
- Core ServiceNow Skills: IRM, TPRM, BCM
- AI & Automation Skills with Now Assist configuration
- Basic understanding of LLM concepts and RAG
- Risk & Compliance Knowledge including assessments and controls
- Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required / In Progress
