Job Description
Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades professionals. Join SST Direct Hire's dedicated team focused on high profile clients and ensure a positive hiring experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
- Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Requirements:
- 2+ years recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills
- Bi-Lingual a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
