Job Description
Social Media Manager managing Wisp’s organic social channels and community engagement across platforms. Leading Reddit initiative and applying brand voice consistently to engage with cultural moments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Wisp’s organic social channels, creating and publishing content aligned with strategy
- Own daily engagement across channels, monitor sentiment, surface insights
- Lead Reddit presence and AMA initiatives end-to-end
- Apply Wisp’s brand voice consistently and engage in relevant cultural moments
- Partner with internal teams to optimize content, campaigns, and reporting
Requirements:
- 3-6+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts
- Proven experience executing against a defined social or content strategy
- Strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for tone, nuance, and platform best practices
- Hands-on experience with community management
- Comfort engaging in nuanced or sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
