Job Description

Software Sales Account Manager at One Identity focusing on driving license revenue in the Defence industry within Germany. Requires extensive sales experience and a strong network in the defence sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to translate sales targets for the defined territory into a cohesive achievement plan based on personal expertise and the DACH strategy to support the goals and targets of the DACH business.
  • Work in conjunction with the DACH, EMEA, and Global channel teams, leveraging their efforts and expertise to accelerate success in the defined industry sectors
  • Build a virtual team of resources and key stakeholders within One Identity to assist in all areas of the sales process
  • Be able to articulate the One Identity message across the entire product portfolio, from both a technical and business perspective
  • Proven ability to think and communicate in concepts within this special industry
  • Undertake periodic reviews of activity/achievement against agreed targets with milestone metrics to track achievement and/or develop alternative strategies & tactics to ensure delivery against defined targets.
  • Be able to represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Provide timely and accurate performance reporting to meet any required input to DACH management forecasting.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven sales experience with Enterprise software, preferably focused on Identity and/or Security-centric products
  • A wide, existing network of established contacts across the defence industry
  • The candidate needs to hold a valid Ü1/Ü2/Ü3 security clearance
  • Willingness to travel as required across the territory as and when needed
  • Technical acumen with the ability to present and sell technology products in a business context
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills at the enterprise level
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent spoken written English language skills
  • Ability to be independent and work on own initiative at times, but still excel as part of a team
  • High standard of excellence, attention to details as well as “big picture”, professionalism, and role model behaviour
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and experience using the MEDDICC/ MEDDPICC sales methodology is advantageous
