Job Description

Key Account Manager responsible for customer needs and business growth in agriculture sector. Develop strategic relationships and align solutions with FMC field sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and address customer needs, delivering mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Grow business and develop long-term strategic relationships.
  • Balance customer-centric solutions with company objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with FMC field sales for effective execution.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Account Executive to develop a cohesive plan for the account.
  • Assess customer needs and develop tailored strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Account Executive to create cohesive account strategies.
  • Implement mutually beneficial plans that drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with division and regional management.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within strategic accounts.
  • Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to achieve outcomes.
  • Serve as a problem-solver for customer challenges.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in agriculture or related industries.
  • Proven ability to assess customer needs and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term relationships and driving business growth.
  • Analytical and persistent, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to coach others and share best practices.
  • Ability to provide critical and timely information to support organizational decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred but not required).
