Job Description
Solutions Consultant supporting the sales team with technical expertise and guidance. Engaging with key clients in the Retail Sectors for successful proposals and contract bids.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with technical expertise and guidance
- Establish trust with key clients
- Generate and deliver winning proposals and contract bids
- Ensure ongoing customer happiness and support
- Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a successful Pre-Sales SE, systems integrator, or equivalent experience
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Customer Market Knowledge in Private Enterprise Accounts (in Retail Sectors is preferred)
- Working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks products, with a focus on Next-Generation Firewall and some comparative technologies
- Experience with systems installation, configuration and administration of routers/switches, UNIX/Linux, and Windows-based systems
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex multivariate problems
- Significant industry certifications (SANS, CISSP, CCIE, etc)
