Job Description
Solutions Consultant bridging RegASK’s AI-powered regulatory platform with enterprise customers. Leading demos, PoCs, and technical pre-sales across global regulatory workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution design workshops with prospects and existing customers across APAC, EU, and North America
- Craft and present tailored product demonstrations mapped to prospects’ regulatory workflows and pain points
- Scope, configure, and manage proof-of-concepts end-to-end; define success criteria and translate outcomes into business value narratives
- Translate technical complexity between RegASK engineering teams and customer regulatory, IT, and procurement stakeholders
- Contribute technical content to RFPs, RFIs, proposals, security questionnaires, and compliance documentation
- Develop reusable demo scripts, solution briefs, integration guides, and FAQ libraries with Product and Marketing
- Document customer requirements and route structured insights to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap
- Coach Account Executives on product positioning, objection handling, and competitive differentiation
- Run internal enablement sessions on new releases
- Maintain working knowledge of regulatory frameworks including FDA, EFSA, ASEAN, and Health Canada
- Provide technical handover to Customer Success, ensuring implementation scoping and success plans reflect pre-sales commitments
Requirements:
- 5-8 years’ experience in a Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Sales Engineering role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience in RegTech, life sciences, FMCG, or compliance software is a strong plus
- Proven ability to run end-to-end pre-sales cycles, from first call through signed contract, including complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills; able to demo to regulatory scientists, CIOs, and CFOs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable designing solutions under ambiguous requirements and articulating trade-offs clearly
- Familiarity with APIs, SSO/SAML, cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP, and data privacy standards including GDPR and PDPA
- Empathy for regulatory professionals and curiosity about the compliance domain
- Ability to work asynchronously across time zones with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- Background in Regulatory Affairs, Food Science, Life Sciences, or Chemistry is a nice-to-have
- Experience with CRM and pre-sales tooling such as Salesforce, Gong, or Consensus is a nice-to-have
- Exposure to AI/ML product features and ability to explain them in plain language is a nice-to-have
- Prior work in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment is a nice-to-have
