Job Description

Solutions Engineer supporting Acronis' sales and technical presentations for cyber protection solutions. Engaging with customers and partners in Indonesia to drive product adoption and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers, partners and public audiences on Acronis’ technology and solutions.
  • Facilitate and manage customer evaluations, and proof of concept activities for Acronis’ solutions.
  • Position compelling solutions targeted at solving the customer’s business problems, over and above specific technical requirements, and acting as technical advisor to the customer.
  • Produce written proposals and technical responses to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Support existing channel and cloud partners on technical queries.
  • Develop customer solution proposals and supporting documentation for review by the customer and Acronis management.
  • Provide customer and market input to Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service, and other pertinent groups within Acronis.
  • Maintain knowledge on major industry developments; be capable of handling customer inquiries on these matters.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years’ experience as a PreSales/Sales Engineer or a similar customer facing technical role.
  • Supporting internal sales, partner and customer ecosystem on solutions based around: IT Security software (Endpoint, Email, M365) SaaS, IaaS and/or MSP focused solutions.
  • Business continuity software and hardware.
  • Ability to translate customers business requirements into technical solutions which deliver genuine benefits back to the business.
  • Analytical / Interpersonal Skills.
  • Presentation skills (critical) and public speaking.
  • Working knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
